Question 1

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Choose a size and quantity, add it to your cart, then open the cart and select Checkout. Sign in or continue as a guest, enter your shipping details, confirm the research-use agreement and place your order. You'll get an order number right away.

Question 2

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Right after you place your order, the order screen and your "Order received" email show your total and payment details. Send the order total by Zelle (239-227-3239) or Venmo (239-227-3239). Payment must be confirmed before your order ships.

Question 3

What should I write in the payment note?

Accepted Answer

Only your order number (for example PRC-1042). Don't add anything else. Mentioning peptides in payment notes may result in being restricted from purchasing.

Question 4

How long do I have to pay?

Accepted Answer

Orders not paid within 12 hours may be cancelled. Once we confirm your payment, you'll receive an order processing email.

Question 5

How much is shipping?

Accepted Answer

Shipping starts at $15.00. Standard shipping is free within the U.S. on merchandise subtotals over $300 before discounts (exactly $300 doesn't qualify).

Question 6

When will my order ship?

Accepted Answer

Orders are typically processed within 24–36 hours after payment is confirmed. Our shipping operations run Monday through Friday, so weekend and holiday orders begin full processing the next business day. Delivery usually takes 2–7+ business days after shipping.

Question 7

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

We email your tracking number when your order ships. You can also check status anytime on the Track Order page with your order number and email.

Question 8

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

No. We ship within the United States only.

Question 9

Where can I see lab results?

Accepted Answer

Certificates of analysis are in the COA Library and on each tested product's page. Hover a COA button to preview the report. For products without a published report, a COA is available on request.

Question 10

What does "Only N left" or "Out of stock" mean?

Accepted Answer

Stock levels are live. When a size is out of stock, enter your email under "Email me when it's back in stock" and we'll send one email when it returns.

Question 11

Are these products for human use?

Accepted Answer

No. All products are for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not drugs, food, supplements or cosmetics, and are not for human or veterinary use. You must be 21 or older to purchase.

Question 12

Are there bulk discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, buying more vials of the same size saves automatically: 3 vials 5% off, 5 vials 15% off, 10 vials 25% off.

Question 13

Do I get anything free?

Accepted Answer

Orders with $100+ in merchandise include a complimentary 3 mL Research Water while it's in stock. Orders with $200+ include a bonus compound.

Question 14

Is there a first-order discount?

Accepted Answer

Create an account to receive a one-time 5% welcome code. Welcome codes don't combine with vial savings.

Question 15

How does the referral program work?

Accepted Answer

Every account gets its own referral code and share link. Friends who use it get 5% off their first order. For every 5 friends whose orders count, you earn a $50 reward code, and it repeats for every 5 more.

Question 16

Where do I find my referral code?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and open your Account page. Your code, share link and progress toward your next reward are in the Refer a friend section. Friends can enter the code at checkout, or open your link and it's filled in for them.

Question 17

When does a friend count toward my reward?

Accepted Answer

When their first order is marked paid and they spent at least $50 on merchandise after discounts (shipping doesn't count). Each friend counts once, and orders that are cancelled or refunded don't count.

Question 18

How do I use my $50 reward?

Accepted Answer

Your reward code is emailed to you and shown on your Account page. Enter it at checkout while signed in. It can be used once, comes off merchandise (not shipping), and combines with vial savings.

Question 19

Do you have an influencer or affiliate program?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Creators can apply for their own discount code and earn commission on orders placed with it. Applications take a few minutes and we reply by email.

Question 20

Can my friend combine the referral discount with other savings?

Accepted Answer

The 5% referral discount is for first orders only and replaces vial savings rather than adding to them. You can't use your own referral code.

Question 21

What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect or lost?

Accepted Answer

Inspect your order on delivery and contact us right away with photos of the product, packaging, shipping label and any damage. Approved claims are resolved with a replacement shipment or store credit.

Question 22

Can I return an order?

Accepted Answer

All sales are final. For safety and quality-control reasons we don't accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped, and we don't issue monetary refunds.
